Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We Accept Returns Of:

✓ Unworn items in original packaging with all tags attached

✓ Items returned within 30 days of delivery date

✓ Complete sets (if part of a matching set, all pieces must be returned)

Non-Returnable Items:

✗ Customized or engraved jewelry (unless defective)

✗ Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

✗ Items that have been sized, altered, or damaged

✗ Sale items (final sale unless defective)

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email Us First

Contact support@us-curiocove.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of items in original condition

• Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

We'll email you:

• Approved Return Authorization (RA) number

• Return shipping instructions

• Eligible refund amount

Step 3: Ship Your Return

• Include all original packaging and bonus gifts

• Use the provided return address

• Keep your tracking number

3. Refund Processing

Timeline: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Method: Refunded to original payment form

Deductions:

• Original shipping costs (non-refundable)

• 20% restocking fee if original packaging is missing

• For partial set returns: Refund = (set price) - (individual price of kept items)

4. Special Cases

Damaged/Defective Items:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos/video evidence

• We'll cover return shipping and send replacement

International Returns:

• Customer responsible for return shipping and customs fees

• Refund excludes original shipping and import taxes

5. Exchange Policy

• Available for size exchanges (subject to stock)

• Must be requested within 30 days of delivery

• Customer covers shipping costs for exchanges
